to the delegates, to show them what is possible.
BYM will also bring exciting new ideas for social initiatives or businesses concerned with social development, that have been
developed by the BYMs or their peers, to our sponsors to garner their support or investment.

to social responsibility making them likely to be more loyal and effective employees. Major sponsors have historically (in South Africa)
recruited at least 2 and up to 10 delegates per year; we have maintained over 90% retention of such sponsors for the last 4 years.
